旨辛まぜ釜玉は油そばや台湾まぜそばへよせていったうどんです。
うどんに、温泉玉子、甘いひき肉、ラー油、かつお粉とねぎがメインの具材！
ニンニクは、入れるかどうかを聞いてくれますよ。
これをしっかりと混ぜて食べると…
しっかりとした甘味と旨みに…少しだけピリ辛要素があるうどんに変身です。
うどんの新たな側面が見えましたね…
油そばのように新しいうどんメニューでした。

お安めの値段です。
個人的には、季節限定うどんの中でも上位に食い込むお味だと思います。
現在の季節限定メニューは春のあさりうどんですが、このうどんも平行して販売されるのかもしれません。
丸亀製麺のWEBページ上にはこのメニューは記載されていませんが…
私がよく行く丸亀製麺ではどこでも販売しているようです。
店舗限定ではなくて、地域限定なのかも？
WEB上にもこのメニューについての情報が少ないですね。
とにかく、丸亀製麺で見つけれたら食べるべきメニューです！

旨辛まぜ釜玉はどんな味？
ごはんがセットについて620円は安いですね。
もちろん、このごはんは、うどんを食べ終えた後の追い飯用のものです。
メニューには、旨辛…と辛そうな名前が付いていますが…
実際には、辛味はほとんどありません。
辛いのが苦手…そんな人にも食べられるメニューになっています。
ぶっかけの出汁が甘めで…
ミンチも甘めの味付けなので、どちらかというと甘味が口のなかで勝ちます。
ラー油、ネギ、ミンチ、かつお節、ニンニクという具材をまとめている
温泉玉子が旨辛まぜ釜玉の司令塔のようです。
油そばのように油が敷き詰められているわけではないので、油っこくなくて…でも、しっかりと油そばのような食べごたえのある…そんなメニューです。
食べ方は、油そばのようによくかき混ぜてからいただきます！
天かすやネギをトッピングしましたが…
天かすはあまり多くトッピングしないほうが良いです。
追い飯時に追加するのがおすすめです。
最後に追加することで天かすのサクサク感も残りますよ！
うどんはもっちりとしており…
ニンニクの香りや…かつお節粉とミンチの旨みで…
非常に美味しい！
初めて油そばを食べたときに驚きに似ています。
和風でもなく、洋風でもなく…
新しいうどんの食べ方ですね。

牛すき釜玉や、肉玉あんかけうどんのときのように…

この追い飯が非常に美味しい！
うどんよりも御飯で食べるほうが美味しいと感じましたよ…
この追い飯により…うどん鉢の底に残った具材もしっかりと最後まで食べきることができます。
温泉玉子も含まれているので…具材たっぷりの玉子ごはんです。
美味しいに決まってますよね…
すこし変わり種のうどんですが、本当に美味しいので本当におすすめですぞ！
