牛肉ひらたけしぐれ煮ぶっかけは2018年8月30日から10月8日まで期間限定で発売されるメニューです。
甘辛く煮つけられた牛肉に、肉厚のひらたけが入っています。

丸亀製麺で使用されているひらたけは…「霜降りひらたけ」のようです。
霜降りひらたけは、日本産ヒラタケとエリンギのようなヨーロッパ産ヒラタケ属の交配育種、今まで存在しなかった新しいキノコです。
肉厚でジューシーで旨みがあるとのことで…近年話題になっています。

そんな話題のキノコと甘辛に味付けした牛肉を合わせています。

今回も調理にはフライパンを使用してしぐれ煮に仕立て上げていきます。

注文があってから調理する点は、季節限定うどんの主流となってきていますね。

見た目は牛すきかけうどんに似ていますが、霜降りひらたけと実山椒が入っている点が異なります。

こちらのうどんは、実山椒をつかってピリッとしたアクセントも魅力！

霜降りひたらけは、店で手で割いて牛肉と一緒に炒め、甘辛く味付けされて提供されます。
実山椒もすりつぶしたてのものを使用！
