夏にぴったりの冷たいざるうどんに、モモ肉の鶏天が4つも入ったボリューム満点のメニューです。
2016年度の夏にも提供されていた店舗があったようなので、夏に提供されるメニューとなっていますね。

鶏天ざるうどんのお味は？

鶏天ざるうどんの入れ物は、うどんの得盛りの際に使用される器を使っています。

ざるうどんのざるはプラスティック製の「すのこ」ですね。

「つけつゆ」は、ざるうどんと同じものを使用しています。

今回は、タレにスリごまとネギを少し追加しています。

スダチに、大根おろし、ショウガを使用することで、鶏モモ肉を使った鶏天をさっぱりと食べさせてくれます。

また、うどんにたっぷりと胡麻が振りかけられているのも特徴です。

ゴマの香ばしい風味が「つけつゆ」とうどんに、さらなる風味を加えていますね。

最初提供される際には、「つけつゆ」だけなので、自分でスリごまや、ネギを散らすことでバージョンアップできます。

ネギは嫌いでなければ追加することをお勧めします。

「つけつゆ」は、天つゆとしても優秀！

ジューシーな鶏もも肉の天婦羅の衣をしっとりとさせて食べやすくしてくれます。

丸亀製麺のレギュラーメニューである、「かしわ天」は鶏むね肉を使用しているのですが、この鶏天は鶏モモ肉です。

そのため、しっとりとジューシーな肉質が味わえます。

また、漬け添えの大根おろしを「つけつゆ」の中に溶かすことで、天婦羅もあっさりといただくことができます。

生姜も鶏天にぴったりと合う調味料で…

生姜の辛味や風味が、鶏天にええ感じのアクセントを加えてくれます。

さらに、スダチも付いているので、鶏天をかんきつ系の爽やかな香り＋酸味をつけて食べれますね。

鶏天は4つなので、様々な味わい方ができる点がGOOD！
