たっぷりのあさりのむき身…ベーコン、油通しされている、ブロッコリー、かぼちゃ、ポテト、レンコン、ニンジン！
クラムチャウダーなんだけど、レンコンという和風の食材が入っているのが丸亀製麺っぽい！

スープは、ホワイトソースに丸亀製麺のだし汁、そして生クリームを追加してクリーミーなスープとなっています。
クリームシチューそのまんまではなくて、しっかりとだし汁を使っているところが良い！

クリーミーなスープにブラックペッパーの黒が見た目を引き締めています。

かぼちゃやブロッコリーなどの野菜は事前に揚げられています。
野菜を揚げていることでしっかりとした食べごたえがでて、ボリューム感が増しています。

野菜の旨みもただただ煮ているよりも、揚げているほうが増していますね。
洋風のスープとの相性も抜群！

あさりが驚くほどたっぷりと入っています。
むき身になったあさりが、たっぷり入っているということに驚き！

クラムチャウダーうどんは非常に美味しいのですが、クリーミーな味わい一辺倒でアクセントがブラックペッパー以外にも欲しいところ…

それを補ってくれるのが明太子です。

明太子は全部スープに入れて…溶かします。
バランスも大事なので、まずはクラムチャウダーうどんを3割ほど食べてから追加してください。

それぐらいのスープの量だと明太子トッピングを入れたときの明太子とクリームスープの濃さが丁度良い感じになるのです。

あさりという海の旨みに、明太子の海の旨みと香りを追加！
そして、ピリッとしたアクセントもGOOD！
