胡麻の風味豊かな坦々麺風のうどんを開発するなんて…
担々麺の美味しさを持ちつつ…うどんの出汁の風味の味わいが生きているところもポイント！

スープなどかなり手間がかかって作られてそうなメニューですが…価格は650円からと良心的！
うま辛坦々うどんのお味は？
まず、メニュー写真と少し違うな…という印象！
まぁ、許容範囲内でしょうか？
ピリ辛ミンチはうどんの真ん中に配置して欲しい！
あと…薬味のネギは自由に追加することができるのですが、このうどんに関しては…ネギを追加しないほうが良いかも…
トッピングには、ほうれん草…ラー油に、鰹節の粉！
この鰹節がこのうどんをまとめ上げる素晴らしいアクセントになっているのです。
うどんに、クリーミーな坦々スープが絡みつく…
これは美味しい！クリーム系うどん！
しっかりと出汁のうまみが残っているところが本当にすごい！
そして、鰹節の粉が入っていることで…
中華風のスープも一気に和風に変化！
中華でなく和のうどんに変身！
本当にすごい！
出汁の味わいのあるクリーミーなスープは…旨い！
ラー油が加えられているのでピリ辛になると思っていましたが…
ラー油の量がたまたま少なかったためか…あまり辛さは感じませんでした。
とてもバランスの良いクリーミーな坦々うどん…
トッピングのほうれん草もええ感じ！
家系ラーメンにも加えられているけれども、ほうれん草の柔らかい食感がとろりとクリーミーな坦々スープに合う！
家系とんこつラーメンのスープもクリーミーだから…そんなスープに合う食材なんでしょうね。
ミンチは鶏ミンチです。
鶏ミンチだからあっさりとしています。
そして、味付けの辛味もしっかりと際立ちます。
味付けは言うことなしです。
もっとたくさんこのピリ辛ミンチが入ってほしい…
それほど、このクリーミーなうどんの中で…ガッツリとした存在感があるトッピングです。
このミンチだけ瓶詰めとかで販売してくれんかな…
ご飯にかけて食べたいわ…それほど旨いです。
