丸亀製麺の系列店である豚屋とん一でもかつ丼を販売しているので丸亀製麺でかつ丼を販売しても不思議ではありません。

そしてそのお味は…やっぱり似ていて、しっかりと出汁の甘味を感じる「かつ丼」に仕上がっています。

かつ丼に使用されているとんかつは…
結構分厚い！

衣の感じも良し！
分厚過ぎず、薄すぎず絶妙です。

玉子と出し汁で煮込まれているため衣は少しふんわり…
衣のサクサクを残すタイプのかつ丼もあるのですが、丸亀製麺のかつ丼はとんかつを煮込んでいるためふんわり柔らか！
だが…それが良い！

玉子はトロトロではなく少し火が通っています。
ただ、出し汁が多めで作られているので…ごはんにも出し汁と玉子がしっかりと絡み…旨い！

牛丼で言うところのツユだくですかね？
丸亀製麺のだし汁は…やっぱり甘め！
個人的には甘さ控えめよりも、味わいの輪郭がはっきりしている気がして…好きです。

丼ぶりではなくご飯が入る茶碗で提供されるのですね。
タレカツ丼に使用されているとんかつは…
通常のかつ丼に使用されているとんかつと異なります。

タレカツ丼は、すこし薄目の豚肉を使用！
これが正解！
タレカツ丼は薄いとんかつのほうが良い！

とんかつには、和風だれが付けられています。
そして辛子が横に添えられているのが特徴！

和風だれは…ほんのりの甘く出汁のお味がします。
ソースかつ丼のような、がっつりソース味ではなく…とても柔らかな優しい味！
ソースかつ丼ではなく、タレカツ丼と表記している理由がわかりました。

これは、ソースかつ丼とは異なるメニューです。

とんかつの下には…キャベツが申し訳なさげに入っています。
もうちょっとキャベツがあってもよいかなと思いましたね。

ご飯の量はうどんと一緒に食べることを考慮して少な目になっています。
丁度良い分量！

タレカツ丼に合わせて欲しいトッピングは…

タレカツ丼のシンプルな味わい、歯ざわりに「とろり」とした食感とまろやかさをプラスしてくれるのです。
