正直なところ…食べれたらラッキーと思って良いでしょう！
焼き上げられたたっぷりの鴨肉、ネギをつけ汁につけて食べる涼しいうどん！
ざるうどんは、釜揚げうどんにも変更可能な、限定メニュー！
鴨とネギは相性抜群の組み合わせです。
「そば」のメニューでも鴨南蛮があるぐらいですから…合わないわけないでしょう。

鴨つけ汁うどんのお味は？
鴨つけ汁うどんは、ざるうどんに、しっかりと焼き上げられたネギと鴨肉がセットになっています。
焼き上げられているので、肉汁がたっぷりと皿に出ています。
これで640円は安い！
つけ汁も通常のざるうどんのものとは異なるようです。
いつもと違う場所から渡されました。
味はいつもと同じような気がしましたが…
鴨肉から出た脂をたっぷり入れると鴨肉の旨みがつけ汁に移ります。
鴨肉とねぎはしっかりと焼き上げられています。
香ばしい薫り！
具材には、三つ葉も使用しています。
親子丼にも使用している具材、食材を増やさず、利用するところは素晴らしい。
焼き上げられた鴨肉は…たっぷり！
鴨肉からも脂がたっぷり…この脂は残さずつけ汁に入れるべき…
漬け汁に鴨肉を投入すると…
鴨南蛮の様相に変化！
冷たいうどんと、少し暖かい鴨油がたっぷりと染み出たつけ汁がGOOD！
漬け汁には、柚子の皮が入っているため、しつこくなくさっぱりといただけます。
鴨肉は驚くほど柔らかい！
ネギの香ばしさが非常にマッチ！
鴨ネギのコンビネーションは本当に素晴らしい！
過去にも鴨とネギの期間限定メニューがありましたが…
鴨つけ汁うどんは、シンプルながらも、そのメニューに引けをとりません。
ほんの細かい工夫ですが、柚子の皮が入るだけでまるで味わいが異なります。
そんなひと工夫が丸亀製麺の「こころのうどん」なのかもしれませんね。
