クオリティが高いのです。
しかもそれが、490円というワンコインを切る値段！

丸亀製麺の親子丼は、玉葱をしっかりと煮込まれています。
とても、柔らかく…甘い！

丸亀製麺の出汁はほんのりと甘味があります。
そのため、玉子とじもしっかりとお味が付いています。
最近は、甘さ控えめ…味付け薄目…そんなのが流行っていますが…丸亀製麺のうどんも含めて、全体的に味の輪郭がはっきり！

時代の流れは、甘さ控えめ…味付け薄目…健康志向ですが、味付けに関しては濃い味付けを逆に欲していってはいないかと思っています。

親子丼の鶏肉は…驚くほど大きい！

丸亀製麺を運営している会社のトリドールはもともと焼鳥屋！
そんな母体をもっているから、かしわ天などの鶏系天ぷらも価格の割にはボリューム満点！
親子丼の鶏肉も例に漏れず大きい！

そして、絶妙な火の通し加減です。

そして、しっかりとした「かえし」の味付けが効いている！
ふんわりした玉子が鶏肉にしっかりとまとっています。

店によっては、国産米であることをアピールするのですが、丸亀製麺では当然のごとく国産米を使用！
うどん屋なのに、ごはんの旨さにも妥協無し！

この親子丼は…半端ない！

個人的には、某牛丼チェーン店の親子丼が非常に好きでしたが…

その親子丼と異なる旨さですが…簡単に追い抜いているように感じます。

こちらの写真は親子丼(小)390円です。
中サイズとほとんど変わらないサイズ感！

うどんと一緒に食べるのであれば、小サイズがおすすめです。

やはり、丸亀製麺の親子丼は鶏肉がでかい！
やはり、焼鳥屋がベースのやきとり屋トリドールです。
鶏肉の質が素晴らしい!

親子丼は、うどんとセットだけでなく、単品として注文しても良いほどのレベル！
実際、ええランチ管理人は、うどんを注文せず、親子丼単品と天ぷらだけを食べることがあります。

メンチカツ(190円)は揚げたてが非常にジューシーで旨い！
メンチカツ丼のような感じで、親子丼に乗っけて食べても美味しいです。
