丸亀製麺では「かに玉あんかけうどん」を2017年12月5日～2018年1月下旬までの期間限定で販売を開始しました。あんかけうどんの上にたっぷりと紅ズワイガニの身に、蟹の風味を増すための蟹味噌がかけられた、丸ごと「かに」を味わえるメニューとなっています。
毎回、丸亀製麺の季節限定メニューは美味ですが、今回のうどんはどのようなものか？

かに玉あんかけうどんはどんなメニュー？

かに玉あんかけうどんは、玉子あんかけうどんにたっぷりの紅ズワイガニの身をのっけたメニューです。
三つ葉に、蟹味噌が非常に良い仕事をしていて…うどん全体が「かに」のオーラを放っています！

キャッチコピーのおしげもなく、かに、かに、かに…

この言葉通り、一杯のうどんで、蟹しっかりと味わえるようなメニューとなっています。

なお、今年の冬も去年と同様、肉玉あんかけが販売されています。

ちなみに今回の「かに玉あんかけうどん」の考案者も前回と引き続き「玉谷さん」です。

蟹は高タンパク、低脂肪でとてもヘルシーです。
しかもビタミンB1,B2が豊富で体にも良い！
こんかいは、玉子あんかけで栄養たっぷりの玉子と合わさることで美味しさだけでなく、栄養面でも素晴らしいメニューとなります。

蟹と玉子は相性がよいのです。
玉子が蟹のほんのりとした甘さをふんわりと包み込んでくれるからです。

今回の丸亀製麺の紅ズワイガニは甘さというよりは、塩ゆでされているのでしょうか？塩味が効いています。
ただ、その塩加減が絶妙で蟹の塩で甘さを引き立てる状態となっています。

ちゃんと身が食べれるサイズになっているのが嬉しいですよね。
大抵の蟹のメニューは蟹風味となっていることが多いのですが、丸亀製麺の「かに玉あんかけうどん」はバッチりと蟹がたっぷり使用されています。

しかも、蟹の身の旨さだけでなく、蟹味噌を使用することで、ぼんやりとなりがちな玉子あんかけうどんに、濃厚なアクセントを加えています。

蟹の身と、蟹味噌両方をつかうことで、蟹をまるごと味わうようなメニューになっていますね！

うどんは、相変わらず旨い！

熱々の玉子あんかけがうどんにたっぷりと絡みつき…
