すだちおろし冷やかけうどんは丸亀製麺の夏の期間限定メニューです。
ひやかけうどんの冷たいだし汁は、通常の温かいのうどん汁を冷やしたものとは異なり、かつお節を中心とした魚系のだしが強めです。
また、塩分も強めに作られてます。
通常の讃岐うどんでは、冷たいうどん汁はいりこや煮干しで取られていることが多いと思いますが、丸亀製麺のひやかけは関西風のかつお中心で取られていることが特徴！
かつお節がベースうどん汁に柑橘類のすだち、大根おろしを合わせたすっきりとした一杯なのです！
