丸亀製麺の新たな期間限定メニュー！とおもったら、2014年8月に好評だった肉盛りうどんが復活したようです。
甘辛くすき焼き風ににつけられた牛肉がボリュームたっぷりに盛られているのです。
うどんと非常に相性がよくてとても美味とのこと…

丸亀製麺で5月から販売されていた麦とろ牛ぶっかけが…
丸亀製麺松葉公園店で6月14日に発生した食中毒症状の件で販売が見合わせになりました。

空いた季節限定メニューに投入されたのが、2014年8月に好評を得ていた
肉盛りうどんです！

麦とろ牛ぶっかけも牛肉を使うので…
牛肉を使うメニューということで肉盛りうどんが選択されたのだと思います。

丸亀製麺肉盛りうどんのお味は？

肉盛りうどんを注文すると…
小皿にたっぷりと甘辛く煮つけた牛肉と玉ねぎをのっけてくれます。
かなりのボリュームで驚きました！
高く盛られた牛肉…肉盛りという名前の通りです。

玉ねぎと牛肉のはずですが…
玉ねぎはトロトロになるまで煮込まれていて、甘味だけが残ってます。
味付けは牛丼の具に近い味です。
うどんに合わせる分、多少味付けが濃いめにされています。

うどんは、「かけ」、「ぶっかけ」、「釜揚げうどん」から選択です。
看板に掲載されていたうどんは「ぶっかけ」だったので…
今回は、ぶっかけ（温）で注文！

肉盛りうどんのお値段は
並620円、大720円
丸亀製麺のうどんとしては結構高めの価格！
しかし、積み上げられた肉盛りはお値段以上の価値あり！

肉盛りうどん(ぶっかけうどん(温))

夏で熱いのですが、うどんは温かいタイプを選択するのがおすすめ！
なぜなら、冷たいうどんを選択すると、肉盛りの牛肉の脂が冷たいつゆで固まってしまうからです。
肉盛りの牛肉は脂が比較的多めな部位が使用されてますので、冷たいうどんよりもあったかいうどんがいいでしょう！

ところで、丸亀製麺では6月に新しいスマートデバイスようのアプリが公開されています。

クーポンを使ってGETした温泉卵！
温泉卵が追加されただけで、かなり豪勢な感じになります。
牛丼に卵を追加するような感じやね！

牛肉のみを食べてみましたが…
よく煮込まれているため柔らかく、そして、かなり濃いめの味付けで、牛の脂分も多いのでうどんにパンチを追加できています。
ネギと一緒に食べるとシャキシャキした歯触りが、甘めの柔らかい牛肉と相性抜群！
この甘辛い味付けならば、薬味のわさびをたっぷり追加するのもおすすめですね。

天ぷらでは期間限定の天ぷらとして、ちくわの磯部揚げと、磯部玉子天、鱧の天ぷらが追加されていました。
セットメニューで磯部揚げ天うどんが追加されていたので追加購入！
通常のちくわ天は110円、磯部揚げのちくわ天は10円アップの120円です。
青海苔の味がいつものちくわ天にプラスされてこれは美味しい！
通常のちくわ天よりも個人的には磯部揚げのちくわ天が通常メニュー化して欲しいくらいです。

話が脱線しましたが、肉盛りうどんに載せた温泉卵を潰して、牛肉と絡めてたべるのもなかなかです。
牛丼に生卵、すき焼きと生卵のように、肉盛りうどんのトッピングには、温泉卵や生卵がぴったりだと思います。

肉盛りぶっかけの温かいかけうどんのセット！
やはり肉盛りうどんはあったかいうどんと相性が良いです。
肉盛りの甘辛い味がかけうどんの汁と混ざり絶妙なお味になります。

最後に余った汁に浮かぶ肉にネギを追加すれば、簡易肉吸いが出来上がります。
この汁がなんとも美味しい！飲み干すとお腹が一杯になりました。
ボリュームある一品、肉盛りうどんは期間限定ですので早目に食べることをオススメします！
