丸亀製麺の肉たまあんかけうどんは
かけうどんの出汁汁をベースにしている、玉子をたっぷり溶け込ませた「玉子あん」に、しっかりと甘く味付けされた牛肉のしぐれ煮をのっけたものです。

熱々の「玉子あん」は冷めにくく食べ終わるまで温かいので…
寒い冬にもぴったりです。

ショウガをたっぷり溶け込ませることで…さらに体を温める効果が増します！
生のショウガは殺菌作用、免疫力を高め、整腸作用などがあります。
そして、熱々のあんに溶け込ませることで熱が加わり…
さらに発汗作用と血行促進効果が見込めます。

どうやら去年の冬に販売した時と同じ価格のようです。

日付限定ですが…立冬の日の11月7日から9日まで、夜6時から閉店までの間、肉たまあんかけうどんが
半額になるキャンペーンを実施されるようです。
寒い夜にぴったりなうどんなので…これはうれしいですね。

調理時間に注意

肉たまあんかけうどんは注文後に雪平鍋で玉子あんを作っています。
IHのコンロの数に限りがあるようで…
店舗によっては時間がかかる可能性がありますね。
実際ええランチ管理人は注文してから5分ほど待ちました。
※5分は充分早いけれどもね

めっちゃ急いでいる人は…
即座に出てくるほかのメニューが良いのかもね。

肉たまあんかけうどんのオススメの食べ方は？

熱々の玉子あんたっぷり…
そして甘辛く煮つけられた牛しぐれ煮がめちゃ美味しそう！
トッピングには天かす、ネギ、ショウガを入れました！

トッピングの天かすとショウガは…
たっぷり入れるほうがよいですね。
ふんわりとした玉子あんの中で天かすのサクサク感が病みつきになるおいしさ！
歯触りを変えるという重要な役割を天かすが担っています。
また、時間がたって、玉子あんの旨さを吸い込んでフヨフヨになった天かすも…
それはそれで美味しい！

ガッツリと刺激を求める場合には…
ショウガを思い切って追加するのが吉！
ショウガを入れると…驚くほど味わいが変わります。

玉子あんにさらに温泉卵をトッピングするという禁断のトッピングです。
店員さんに「玉子入ってますけれども、温泉卵ですか？」と聞きなおされる始末です。
たっぷりの玉子あんにさらにとろとろの温泉卵を追加することで…
玉子の滑らかさを倍増させるているのです。

また、猫舌の人は熱々の玉子あんは非常に食べにくいと思うので…
そんな場合は温泉卵トッピングをして混ぜ込むことで…
少し低めの温度でええ感じに食べることができます。

「玉子あん」はうどんによく絡みつきます。
そして、このうどんを食べるときにはレンゲが必須です。
レンゲで出し汁の旨み溢れる玉子あんを飲みながら…
うどんを食すのです。

また、「玉子あん」はしっかりとした旨みが奥底にありますが…
基本的には薄味です。

ショウガは結構思い切り入れても…
まろやかな「玉子あん」が辛味を抑えてくれて…
鮮烈なショウガの香りのみを残してくれるので…
足りないな…そう感じたら追加するとよいです。

気になる人は、店員さんに紙エプロンがもらえるか聞いたほうが良いです。

牛肉のしぐれ煮はしっかりと甘辛く炊かれているので…
まったりとした玉子あんの味わいの中で、とても目立つ存在！
丸亀製麺の甘辛く煮つける系の牛肉は…やはりおいしい！

甘さ控えめ…そんな言葉が流行っていますが…
丸亀製麺の料理の味付けは、甘味を加える場合もちゃんと甘味くて美味しいんですよね。
料理はメリハリが大事！
個人的には甘さ控え目よりもしっかり味付けがしてある丸亀製麺はお気に入り！

食べ終わる頃にはたっぷりと玉子あんが残ります。
ええランチ管理人は満腹になったため食べれませんでしたが…
この中にごはんを投入して、2度愉しむこともできそうですね。

帰り際にはお腹の中からぽっかぽか！
