牛肉をすき焼き風に甘辛い割り下で焼いた物をうどんへ投入！
こんなの美味しいに決まっていますね、さてどんな季節限定うどんなのか？

丸亀製麺の牛すき釜玉はどんなメニュー？

2016年9月14日～10月下旬に発売していた時は

「肉こそ力」
というキャッチコピーがついた牛すき釜玉！

今年の2017年9月4日～販売終了月不明(10月下旬？)で今年も降臨！

今回のキャッチコピーは…

「お肉大すき」

「好き」と「すきやき」をかけましたな…

降臨という単語を使ったのですが…

このメニューは過去の丸亀製麺の季節限定メニューの中で最高の売り上げを記録した大ヒットメニューなのです。

そして、そのうまさは…神レベル！

過去最高肉量の120gの牛肉を使い、甘辛い割り下で焼いて出しています。
史上最幸肉量と最高は最幸と表現しているのもええですね。

牛すき釜玉は注文があるごとに、調理されて出てくるので、出来たての旨さがそこにはありました！

調理するのを遠目で見ていましたが…
120gごとにビニールに入れられている牛肉を丁寧にフライパンで焼いていました。
焼いた牛肉に割り下を絡めてうどんにのっけて、生卵をかければ完成！

牛肉を焼き、砂糖と醤油で味付けしている点で、
関西風のすき焼きやね。
関西風のすき焼きは、関東風の煮込むすき焼きではなくて、
「焼く」すき焼きなのです！

牛すき釜玉は、すき焼き風に甘辛く焼いた牛肉を釜玉うどんにのせたもの！
すき焼きは生卵を絡めて食べるので…
釜玉の卵と絶妙な相性！

ネギを適度に散らすと…華やかになりますぞ！

豪快に混ぜて、玉子をうどんに絡めましょう！
もっちりとした打ち立て、出来立てのうどんに生卵のぬるっとした食感が絡まり絶妙な舌触りになるのです。

甘辛い割り下と三温糖を使い焼き上げているので、香りと甘味がしっかりと引き立っていますね。
