2015年10月にも販売していた商品で…あげたての鶏天とタルタルがマッチした非常においしい期間限定うどんということで評判だったそうです。

丸亀製麺のタル鶏天ぶっかけはどんなメニュー？

タル鶏天ぶっかけは去年の秋にも販売されていた人気商品！
揚げたての鶏天ぷらに、特製のタルタルソース！
玉ねぎやレモンがアクセントになっています。
鶏天は結構なサイズのものが４つも入っているのでボリュームも満点！
お腹が一杯になれて満足の一杯です。

ぶっかけうどんに鶏天をのっけるのはよくあるメニューですが…
そこに、タルタルソースをぶっこんでくるところが丸亀製麺！
うどんという和の食材に、タルタルソースという洋の食材を合わせるところもええですよね。

レモンが絶妙な働きをするうどんとのことで…
鶏天にはレモンをたっぷり絞っていただきましょう！

丸亀製麺のタル鶏天ぶっかけのお味は？

「どーん」っと！
鶏天にタルタルソースがたっぷり！
みじん切りの玉ねぎと、スライスした紫玉ねぎ、水菜の色合いも綺麗です。

店にもよると思いますが…
ええランチ管理人が訪問した店は、天ぷらを取るところにタルタルソースが置いてあり、追加が可能でした。
たっぷりタルタルソースが好きな人はべったりと追加することができます。

また、鶏天ぶっかけの鶏天は、単品の天ぷらとしても販売されています。
通常のかしわ天は鶏むね肉を使った下味をしっかりつけた大きなものですが、鶏天は鶏もも肉を使った気持ち小ぶりでジューシーなもの1個100円です。
単品で一個100円ということは、鶏天4つで400円のため、タル鶏天ぶっかけ並が620円というのはとても良心的な値段に思えます。

鶏天とタルタルソースという濃厚でこってり系の２つの組み合わせですが…
食べる前にレモンを絞ることで後味さっぱりいただけます。
レモンを絞ることをお忘れなく、たっぷりと絞りましょう！

横に添えられた玉ねぎは…
タルタルソースと絶妙にマッチ！
生玉ねぎ特有の辛味が少しありましたが、タルタルソースがそれをマイルドに封じ込めます。
タルタルソースが全体を絶妙にまとめているようです。

結局写真のように鶏天が5個入った状態で、さらにタルタルソースを追加したので迫力のある見た目になりました。

タルタルソースがたっぷりかかった揚げたての鶏天は一口かぶりつくと、肉汁があふれます。
タルタルソースと鶏天はチキン南蛮のようで…絶妙にマッチ！
正直なところ、うどんとタルタルソースって？
と思いながら食べましたが…
これが意外に美味しい！

冷やし中華にマヨネーズいれても結構おいしいじゃないですか？
それと同じなのかな…タルタルの酸味とうどんが絶妙な相性なのです。
おそらくは、玉ねぎが和のうどんと洋のタルタルソースを結びつけるクッションのような役割を担っているのでしょう！
これはナイスなうどん！

前回の季節限定メニューの肉盛りぶっかけの満足感も素晴らしかったが、タル鶏天ぶっかけも負けていないです。
和と洋を組み合わせた斬新なメニューという点で、面白いうどんでした！

タル鶏天丼もなかなかのお味！

タル鶏天ぶっかけと同時に、タル鶏天丼も販売されているようです。
ごはんと、チキン南蛮がごはんの上にのっかたようなものですね。
鶏天に甘辛い天つゆをかけてあり、タルタルソースも酸味も天つゆで少し薄れます。
がっつりと食べたい時に、うどんのサイドメニューとしていかがでしょうか？
