いつも斬新で美味しい限定メニューを発表されており、新メニューを楽しみにしておりました。
2016年5月18日から販売開始となった新メニューのお味はどのようなものか？

丸亀製麺の季節限定メニューとは？

丸亀製麺では定期的に季節限定メニューということで、期間限定のうどんメニューを販売されています。
4月7日〜はあさりがたっぷり入った限定メニューの春のあさりうどんを提供されていました。

この季節限定メニューもあさりがとんでもない分量入っており、さらにバターとうどんを組み合わせるといった斬新なメニュー！
本日時点では、まだあさりバターうどんは販売されていたので、現時点では入れ替わりではなく、追加の形で麦とろ牛ぶっかけが新発売となりました。
あさりバターうどんを食べていない人は…販売終了までに丸亀製麺に訪問すべきです！

丸亀製麺の季節限定メニューは発売日に目が離せないような美味しいうどんメニューとなっているのです！

丸亀製麺の季節限定メニュー麦とろ牛ぶっかけのお味は？

麦とろ牛ぶっかけ
（並　590円　大　690円）
※今回は並を注文しています。

麦とろ牛ぶっかけの構成は、牛肉のしぐれ煮、とろろ、麦、わさび、海苔となっています。
ネギは自分で好きなだけトッピング可能！
今回のうどんにはネギたっぷりがおすすめ！

今回のメニューでもっとも注目すべきポイントはとろろのようです。

かなり粗目にすられたとろろ！鬼おろしと呼ばれるすりおろし器で荒くすられているとのこと…
そのため、とろろのふんわりととろとろした食感はそのままで、サイコロ状に残った粗目の長いものシャキシャキ感が加わっています。
また、とろろにはしっかりとした下味が付いているので、このままご飯にかけて食べたくなるほどです。

この絶品のとろろには、なんと“わさび”をトッピング、とろろにわさびが合うのはもちろんなのですが、甘めに味付けされた牛肉のしぐれ煮にも好相性！
さらに追加されている、もち麦のトッピングがプチプチとした変わった歯触りを追加しています。

今回の季節限定メニューはかなり素晴らしいものかも？
麦ごはんにとろろをかけて、牛タンを食べる…の組み合わせに近いですね。
夏場で食欲のない時期にぴったりのメニューのようです。

こちらは、思わず取ってしまった天ぷらメニュー、ジャンボかにカマ天(160円)です。
天ぷらの採り皿からはみ出てしまうほどの大きさ！
大きさに衝撃を受けたので取ってしまいました。
丸亀製麺では、まれに期間限定で変わり種の天ぷらメニューがあるので…要注目ですぞ！

では、麦とろ牛ぶっかけに戻りまして…
まず、牛しぐれ煮！
甘めに煮込まれているしぐれ煮は丸亀製麺の季節限定メニューによく出てくる一品！
牛バラ肉のスライスと思われますが、こちらの味付けが素晴らしい！
うどんのぶっかけ汁よりすこし薄目に味付けされていますが…甘味の部分だけぶっかけの汁より際立たせているのが憎い。
バラ肉のため適度に脂身もあるので、全体的にあっさり系のトッピングの中での存在感が素晴らしい！

うどんにとろろが絡みます。
つるつるとのどごしのよいうどんがさらに食べやすい！
そして、とろろの中に含まれている荒くすりおろされた長いものシャキシャキ感がたまりません！
やはり、今回の麦とろ牛ぶっかけの主役はとろろです。
ええランチ管理人は、最初は牛肉、とろろ、うどんのように個別で味わっておりましたが…
このうどんは”わさび”と”とろろ”、麦に牛肉のすべてをしっかりと混ぜて食べるのがよいでしょう！
わさびは量が多いように思われますが、牛肉の脂分で辛味は軽くなります。
全部混ぜ込んで食べるとすべての素材が混ざりあい、うどんに絡み食べやすく素材の調和も素晴らしいと感じると思います。
ただ、すべて混ぜて食べても最後はとろろとぶっかけ汁が残ります…

残り汁には、ネギ、天かすを加えて汁の最後まで頂きました。
これが、ぶっかけうどんの醍醐味！
今回の季節限定メニュー、麦とろ牛ぶっかけは、熱くなっている季節に最適なうどんメニューでした！
