2019年度も丸亀製麺で唯一の麺匠である藤本さんのうどんがいただけるイベントが開催されました！
大阪での開催店舗は大日店です。
もちろん今年もやってきました！
今回は一番乗りはできませんでしたが、麺匠自ら作成したうどんをいただくことができました！

丸亀製麺の麺匠とは？
世界中で1000店舗を超える丸亀製麺で唯一の麺匠の藤本智美さん、普段は店舗でうどんを提供するのではなく、麺匠として、日々全国の丸亀製麺店舗を回り、麺の打ち方の指導をしています。
丸亀製麺で提供するうどんの品質を管理されています。
丸亀製麺には、「麺職人」という制度があるのですが、その頂点になるのが麺匠の藤本智美さんです。
2018年も同じようなイベントを大阪では大日店でして頂きました。
前回は1番乗りでしたが…今回は仕事帰りに訪問！
今回の内容…2019年11月のイベントでしたが…公開が2020年の2月になってしまったことに反省！
前回の記事は以下です。
藤本さんはうどんを茹でられていました。
調理場でお客さんに写真を求められたり大変そうでした。
普段は調理場には立たない人なので…非常に貴重です。
麺匠イベントでおすすめのうどんメニューは何？
メニューを何にするかを迷っていたところ…
麺匠イベントでは、麺匠のおすすめうどんがありました！
おすすめは以下の3つです。
- 釜揚げうどん
打ち立て茹でたてだからこそ、素材の良さと匠の腕がよくわかる！
290円 - かけうどん
これぞ丸亀食感！を感じるうどんの噛み応え、だしが絡んでさらに美味しい！
300円 - 釜玉うどん
濃厚なこだわり玉子がもちもち食感のうどんをやさしく包む！
370円
今回は、釜玉うどんを注文！

麺匠のつくる釜玉うどんのお味は？
釜玉うどんは、シンプルなメニューです。
熱々のうどんに生卵を落としただけのメニュー…いうなれば、「卵かけごはん」のうどん版！
うどん、卵ともに素晴らしいものでなければ成り立ちません！
大日店では、卵とうどんをあらかじめかき混ぜた状態で提供してくれました。
生卵を落としただけで提供される店舗もあるので…すぐに混ぜてくれるのはうれしい！
もっちりとしたうどんに…玉子のぬるっとした食感が絡みついています。
口触りが素晴らしい！
うどんはグミのようにしっかりとした弾力があるのですが、柔らかく噛み切れます。
さすがに麺匠のうどん！

しっかりと角が立っていますね。
釜玉うどんにはだし醤油の追加が必須です。
私は結構多めにだし醤油を使用するほうで…2周半以上かけちゃうのですが…
丸亀製麺の公式サイトによると、かつおと昆布のうまみがしっかりと効いただし醤油は…2周半ぐらいかけるのがおすすめだそうです！
釜玉うどんに合わせた天ぷらは…まいたけ天とイカ天です。
丸亀製麺では、いつもの定番天ぷらだけでなく…
季節や時期に合わせた四季を感じる食材が天ぷらにされているところも良い！
丸亀製麺の麺匠イベント…
来年も大阪は大日店でイベントがあればよいな…
