肉ごぼう天うどんはどんなうどん？
『肉ごぼう天うどん』は丸亀製麺の九州店舗限定メニューとして提供されているメニューです。
そのメニューが、店舗限定で食べれるようになりました。
ごぼう天のうどんといえば…福岡県の柔らかいうどんが有名です。
ふわふわとした柔らかいうどんに、シャキシャキとしたゴボウの天ぷらが絶妙でしたが、丸亀製麺のうどんは、讃岐うどんなのでコシがしっかりとあるタイプのうどん！
讃岐うどんにもごぼう天は合うのか…
結論から申し上げますと、非常に美味でした。
肉ごぼう天うどんは690円でいただくことができます。
一部店舗ではPayPayなどのキャッシュレス決済が可能です。

丸亀製麺の肉ごぼう天うどんのお味は？
ドーンと3本の大きいごぼう天に、甘辛く煮つけた牛肉と玉ねぎが、なんとも食欲をそそる見た目となるのでしょうか！
丸亀製麺の肉ごぼう天うどん（690円）！
どんぶり鉢からはみ出るゴボウの天ぷらのインパクトは凄い！
煮込んだ肉の箇所については、肉汁が染み出した煮込み汁も含まれるため…すこし濃いめの味付けとなります。
ごぼう天はやはり旨い！
ゴボウのシャキシャキとした食感はしっかりとあり…
なおかつ天ぷらの衣がうどんの汁に溶け出して…ふんわりとした衣が美味しいだし汁を吸ってだし汁に旨みを付け加えます。
煮込んだ肉の脂も染み出ているだし汁に、揚げ油の衣の旨みも加わるため…なんとも言えないだし汁に変化します。
肉ごぼう天うどんの場合、「ショウガ」をしっかりと追加しておくことをオススメ！
だし汁がしつこくなりがちですが、「ショウガ」を入れておくと爽やかにいただけると思います。
甘辛く煮込んだ牛肉と玉ねぎも旨い！
ごぼう天だけだとパンチが弱いかもしれないところに…甘辛く煮つけた牛肉が加わることでここまで味わいが変わることに感嘆しますね。
これは良いメニュー！
丸亀製麺ではうどんは各店舗粉から作られています。
店舗ごとに麺職人がうどんを作られており、店舗によっては麺職人の名前が張り出されています。
なんば店は、現在麺職人不在なのか？
名前の看板には名前が刻まれていません。
しかし…この店舗のうどんはしっかりと美味しい！
甘辛く煮つけた牛肉のうまみをしっかりと吸っています。
コシがある麺と、ごぼう天のシャキシャキも絶妙！
トッピングのネギは多めでも良いですね。
店舗限定となりますが、丸亀製麺の肉ごぼう天うどんは、オススメのメニューです。
肉がふくまれていない、ごぼう天うどんも提供されていますが、肉が加わることで旨みが倍増しているため、個人的には肉ごぼう天うどんを推します！
