丸亀製麺では関西地方限定かつ店舗限定で10月下旬までで鶏唐かぼすぶっかけを販売しています。
鶏唐を販売していない店舗もあるので…店の前の看板をよく見てから入りましょう！
「鶏唐かぼすぶっかけ」は大分県限定で販売していたメニューでしたが…
大好評であったために、関西圏の店舗でも販売となったとのことです。

カボス一つと、大根おろしが入っているのに結構頑張っている値段に感じます。

鶏唐が小さいからとのことで…4つのところを5つにしてくれました！
素晴らしい心遣いで、なんともうれしいサービス！
マニュアル作業で仕事されているわけではないことに感激しましたよ！
まれにロボかよと思うような接客をする店員さんもいますからね…
鶏唐かぼすぶっかけは大根おろしに…丸ごと一個大分県産のかぼすが半分に切られて入っています。
しかもかぼすのサイズがでかいし…かなり立派！
インパクトのあるうどんですな！
かぼすは…思いっきり絞ることをオススメします。
最初すだち感覚で、酸味が強すぎるかなと考えてセーブして絞りましたが…
かぼすはすだちと異なり酸味が強すぎないようです。
かぼすは柑橘類独特の甘味が大きく、苦み、塩味と複雑味わいに加えて…
とても爽やかな香りなのです。
たっぷりかぼすを絞ることで…鶏唐とうどんをとても爽やか、さっぱりと食べさせてくれます！
大分かぼす…恐るべしです。
うどんをここまで美味しくするとは…
さっぱりと食べさせる工夫にもう一つ
大根おろしがええ役割を担っています。
大根に含まれる消化酵素が胃もたれを防ぎ…揚げ物である鶏唐揚げの消化を助けてくれるのです。
また、大根おろしにたっぷりとかぼすの汁をかけることで…
想像以上に爽やかなうどんになりますよ！
夏の時期でもこのうどんならば…さっぱりといただけること間違いなし！
小ぶりですが、鶏唐揚げは皮の部分が含まれていて…
サクサクしており、ジューシーで美味しい！
かぼすの香りと柔らかい酸味が鶏唐をあっさりと食べさせてくれます。
パリパリの衣の部分がかぼすとぶっかけの汁でへなへなになることが懸念されましたが…
この唐揚げはおそらく衣に工夫がされているのでしょうね…
かぼすの汁をかけてもサックリとした歯触りは残っています。
牛すき釜玉うどんも美味しいですが…
2016年10月下旬ごろまで販売予定の鶏唐かぼすぶっかけもかなり絶品です。
見つけたら食べておくことをオススメします！
