長崎県の名物「ちゃんぽん」がうどんになった！8種類の具材をたっぷりと使用したメニューは非常に人気がでて、このメニューを提供する店舗は一時増えていたそうです。
そんなメニューが、大阪府の丸亀製麺守口大日店で提供されていました！

具沢山のちゃんぽんうどん（690円）です。
丸亀製麺アプリを使用していると、うどんの50円引きクーポン等が手に入るため、アプリをインストールして、定期的にクーポンを確認しておくのが良いでしょう！

さて、ちゃんぽんうどんということで…個人的にはちゃんぽんスープにうどんは合わないだろうと…いつも斬新なうどんメニューを提供している丸亀製麺でも…これはちょっと攻めすぎのメニューなのでは？と疑心暗鬼で注文！

丸亀製麺では、お盆を最初に持って…注文を受ける人の前まで移動した際に注文を告げます。
ちゃんぽんうどんを注文すると、最初に茹でたうどんの入ったどんぶりのみを手渡されます。

「なんでや？」と思っていたところ、ちゃんぽんの野菜やスープはレジ前で提供しますとのことでした。

ちゃんぽんうどんは、注文を受けると、フライパンで野菜や具材を炒めて、スープを加えて完成となるうどんです。

一気に期待値が上がり、スープをすすってみると…
鶏ガラスープの深みのある味わい！
本格的なちゃんぽんスープのお味です。
一切妥協無しで作られています！

胡椒がしっかり振られており、
パンチのある味わい！
こってりとしたスープですが、全然しつこさを感じません。
フライパンで炒めた野菜や具材の旨みも出ているスープは極上！

スープの奥底にほんのりと鰹出汁の味わいを感じたのですが…隠し味になってませんかね？

フライパンで炒められた野菜たちは…
シャッキリとした歯触りをしっかりと残しています。
野菜の歯ざわりが心地よく、スープの旨さを引き立てています。
フライパンで炒めているからこそ、出てくる旨みですね。

野菜は、「キャベツ」、「にんじん」、「もやし」、「コーン」！
コーンがたっぷり入っているのが嬉しい！某お帽子のお店よりもコーンが多いですね。

きのこ、からは「キクラゲ」後は、「かまぼこ」、「豚肉」、「ベビーホタテ」
8種類の具材がたっぷり入っている！

丸亀製麺のうどんは…パンチのあるちゃんぽんスープでも美味しいことに驚きました！

いつもの定番うどんに、変化を加えた、まかないのメニューにでてきそうなうどんが素敵！

具材と一緒に食べると至福です。
長崎県の丸亀製麺　佐世保吉岡店で人気が出た理由がはっきりとわかりました！
気が付いたらスープまで完全に飲み干していました。

いつもスープを残してしまう、ええランチ管理人には珍しいことです。
それほど、素晴らしい「ちゃんぽんうどん」でした。

店舗限定のメニューのため、なかなかお目にかかれないですが、見かけたら是非食べていただきたいメニューです。
