おどろくほど長く、平べったいうどんは…初めて食べる食感です。
期間が短いですが、美味しかったのでオススメ！

丸亀製麺守口大日店では2月3日から5日の間、期間限定、店舗限定で恵方うどんを提供されています。
とても長く、平べったいうどんは…はじめての食感で、究極のもちもち麺と書かれています。

うどんの恵方巻が香川では販売されていると聞いたことがありますが…
丸亀製麺の恵方うどんは、平べったく長いうどん！

色々やってくれますね。丸亀製麺！

店内に入ると、麺職人の「左海さん」が恵方うどんを打っていました。
丁寧に麺を伸ばし、切る作業をされています。
うどんではない、麺料理ということで…麺職人の腕の見せ所ですね。
休日の昼の時間帯ということもあり、丸亀製麺大日店では行列ができています。

多くの人は、通常メニューを注文されています。
限定という言葉に、皆はあまり関心がないのか？
私はブロガーとして、限定メニューを食べるしかないでしょう！

恵方うどんは「かけ」、「ぶっかけ」、「釜揚げ」から選択することができます。
今回は、写真にもなっている「かけ」です。

食べてみた感じ、並でも結構なボリュームがありましたよ！

恵方うどんは、麺だけが器に入って一度渡されて…
レジ前で再度出し汁を加えて温めるシステムです。
熱々の恵方うどんに、天かす、ねぎ、しょうがをお好みで加えて完成！

麺が想像以上にでかい！

群馬県桐生地域の郷土料理にひもかわうどんに近い見た目！
きっとこのうどんをベースに考えられたに違いありません。

引っ張ってみましたが、箸で持ち上げるのは少し難しそう！
30cm以上の長さはありそうな麺が…6つぐらいでしょうか？
食べてみると驚きの食感！

もっちもち！

旨い…群馬風だと
「なっからうんめえやいなー」

食べごたえも十分あり…噛み切って噛みしめるたびに麺の旨さを再確認できます。
通常の丸亀製麺のうどんは。つるつるとした食感があります。
恵方うどんの麺は「のどごし」よりも「すいとん」のようにもっちりとした食感を前面にだしています。
ベースは同じだと思いますが、だし汁を染みこみやすくしているのではないか？と推測しています。

かけうどんには、ショウガを入れると出汁のうまみと、薫りが際立つのでオススメ！
寒い冬は体が温まるので、ちょっと多いかな？ぐらい入れると新たなうどんの魅力を再発見できますよ。

時間が経つにつれて、だしを吸い込みさらに美味しくなっていきます。
「かけ」も美味しかったのですが、「ぶっかけ」も相当美味しいと予想されます。

これは、来年の楽しみができました！
恵方うどんは、期間限定ですので、早めに食べるのがおすすめです！
