いつもの佐海屋旭でお昼ご飯です。
こちらのランチの定食はどれもおいしいのですが、今日は、いつもと違うメニューを食べようと思い、”ぶりカマ焼き定食”700円をいただくことにしました。
こちらのお店は、昔は数えるほどしか、ランチメニューがなかったのですが、最近ランチメニューが増えてきました。
たくさんメニューがありますが、もちろんはずれはありません!
お品書き
ぶりカマ焼き定食のお味は？
ぶりカマ焼き定食がでてきました。
いつもながらとてもおいしそうな定食です。
見た目だけでこれはおいしいとわかります。
ぶりのカマ焼きには、大根おろし、レモン、レンコンが添えられています。
ぶりのカマ焼きは塩味がついていますが、好みで卓上の醤油をかけていただくこともできます。
大根おろしの量が心もとないですが、それを補うレモンが良い仕事をしています。
ぶりのカマは想像以上に身がたっぷり付いており
このような身沢山のぶりカマがたくさん入っています。
ところで、鰤にはDHA(ドコ サへキサエン酸)とEPA（エイコサぺンタエン酸）が多く含まれており、 これらの脂肪酸は学習・記憶能力の向上に加え、動脈硬化・心筋梗塞 ・脳梗塞・糖尿病など生活習慣病（成人病）の予防効果があるそうです。
最近物忘れが多い私にはうってつけです！
このブログなどは、1ヶ月近く遅れて更新しているため、よく料理の内容を忘れてしまっている場合が多々あります。
ぶりを食べて、1ヶ月前のランチもしっかりと思い出せるようになりたいものです。

こんなにたくさんのぶりカマが入っているとは思いませんでした。
脂がのっておりおいしいです。
しかし、おいしい鰤カマ焼きが健康にもよいなんてほんとにすばらしいです。
おいしいぶりカマ焼きを食べていると…
( ﾟдﾟ)ﾊｯ!…. 「もしも鰤のあらの骨がのどに刺さったらどうしよう！」ということが、脳裏をよぎりました。
骨をとってもらうために病院に行って、もしも壇蜜似の女医さんがでてきたら、骨がのどに刺さったなどということを説明するのははずかしい・・・
「なんだか風邪気味でのどの調子が悪くて…」と説明した後に、しれっと…昼に魚を食べたことをほのめかすという”ストーリー“で説明するしかないなと考えておりましたが…
なんと、このぶりカマ焼きは骨がほとんどありませんでした。
副菜のひじきや味噌汁、漬物もきっちりおいしいところがこの店の良いところです。
忘れてならないのが、こちらのお店、定食のご飯はおかわり自由です!
いつもながら大満足のランチになりました。
