2013年11月11日「月曜から夜ふかし」という
マツコデラックスと関西ジャニの村上信吾が
司会をしている番組で
「鮭の皮を食べる人と食べない人」を
調査する企画がありました。

番組の街頭インタビューで鮭の皮を食べない人の意見は以下です。

「お金のない人が食べる」
「鮭の皮を食べる人は本当にかわいそう。貧粗なんだろうね。妻が食べていたらやめなさいって言う」

また、食べる人の意見は….

「皮だけで食べられるくらい好き。皮で大根おろしを巻いて食べる」
「魚の皮と刺し身を一緒に食べる文化を知ったときは、本当に興奮した。焼鮭の皮硬めは地球上で一番おいしい」(インド人の男性)

番組内では、食べる派が56票で食べない派が44票という結果で食べる派が若干多いようでした。
司会のマツコデラックスは、鮭の皮のコンディションにより食べる食べないを分けているらしく、

「カリカリに焼けているときは食べる、生っぽいときは食べない」

とのことです。

母数が少ないのですがインターネットのアンケートでも食べる人のほうが多いようです。

今日のランチは、佐海屋旭の通常メニューから、”銀鮭塩こうじ焼き定食” 730円を選択!

銀鮭塩こうじ焼き定食のお味は？

こちらの焼鮭ですが、とてもでかいです…
吉野家や、すき屋の朝定食についている鮭の
3倍ほどあります。
鮭には、すこし前に流行った塩こうじで
味付けされています。
サイドには、高野豆腐といつもの味噌汁、漬物です。

とても良い、ビューの定食でぐっジョブです。
“サラリーマン定食”　って感じがします。

こちらの鮭は、皮がコンガリ焼かれています。
ぐっジョブです。
私も”マツコデラックスさん” 同様に皮が生っぽいと食べれません。
そのため、”鮭の皮を食べるか食べないか…”
といわれると…
「その両方を持っているアンビバレントな嗜好なのです」
食べる、食べないの2択では回答ができません。

それは置いておき、いただきます!!

塩こうじで味付けされた鮭はめちゃ旨です。
正直なところ、塩こうじ自体は苦手と
思っていたのですが、こちらの塩こうじは別格です。

焼き鮭の身の焼き加減も絶妙で
よく脂の乗っている鮭です。
ごはんがすすみまくりです。
もちろん、ご飯はお代わり無料ですよ。

このクオリティの定食が730円というのは
安すぎます。本当によいのでしょうか？

もちろん、鮭皮も頂きました。
鮭皮って本当においしいです。

いつもこちらのお店のコスパには驚かされます。
こちらのお店は本当にオススメです。
