今日のランチは、いつもの佐海屋旭に訪問しました。
こちらのお店は、たくさんの種類の定食がありどれも美味しいので何度も訪問しており、冬になると”ぶり大根定食”がいただけます。
私はこちらのお店のぶり大根が大好きなので冬は楽しみなのです。

ぶり大根定食の感想

ぶり大根定食です！
毎年、器や見た目が変化しています。
あらを捨てるお皿が付いてくるようになりました。
その、心づかいもうれしいですね！

ぶり大根と漬け物、筑前煮　と味噌汁です。
ご飯はもちろんおかわり自由です！

ぶり大根です。
今年のぶり大根は、ぶりのあらの部分が前面に出ています。
身の部分はあるのかなぁ…
と不安になりましたが、心配無用でした。

ぶりは大量に入っており、しっかりと身の部分がたっぷり付いています。
ぶりのあらを掻き分けながら食べ進めていくと…

大根が現れました！
こちらのお店のぶり大根は、ぶりよりも大根が主役なのです！
しっかりとぶりの旨みを吸い込んだ大根…

ぐっジョブです。

まちがいないです。
間違えなく大根が主役です！

2014冬バージョンのぶり大根には、”ししとう” と “かぶの酢漬け”が付いています。
“かぶの酢漬け”はぶり大根の甘めの煮汁の味付けの中で、さわやかな酸味により口内をリセットできる、とてもよい付け合せになっています。
