難波の佐海屋旭では、最近梅ビーフというブランド牛をつかわれています。
梅ビーフは大阪のブランド牛です。
梅酒で有名なチョーヤと協力して、今まで廃棄していた梅酒を漬けた後の漬け梅を牛の飼料としてリサイクルしているのです。
梅の飼料を食べた牛は肉質が柔らかくなるとのこと…そんな牛肉を使った料理が佐海屋旭ではいただけます！
梅ビーフは大阪場所の優勝力士に送られたようで、白鵬と知事の写真がメニューに載っています。
梅ビーフで作られたハンバーグのお味は…

佐海屋旭煮込みハンバーグ定食の感想
テーブルに持ってきていただいたときから、既においしそうです。
ハンバーグが小さい土鍋で煮込まれていて、デミグラスソースがぐつぐつと沸騰しています。
この感じが写真でお伝えできないことが残念です…
ハンバーグの上にのっている目玉焼きも完璧!
目玉焼きも上手に焼くのは難しいのです…
白身はしっかり焼けていて、黄身はとろとろの半熟…
ししとうや、ナス、マッシュポテトもデミグラスソースの中に入っており、とてもおいしそうです。

目玉焼きが完璧に焼かれていたので…
管理人もハンバーグを割って黄身をたらせて…おいしそうな写真を撮ろうと思いましたが、なんだか失敗してしまいました。
ただ…このハンバーグは間違えなく美味しいでしょう…

このハンバーグはつなぎが少なめで、肉々しいハンバーグです。
牛肉(梅ビーフ)を食べてるのをダイレクトに感じれます！
デミグラスソースと、梅ビーフのハンバーグ…
旨すぎです！
「ですよね…ですよね…」
と自分の中の何かに納得してしまう味わいなのです。
定食のサラダや、味噌汁、漬け物が相変わらず美味しい！
定食としての総合力が凄いですよね…
デミグラスソースに絡まった、野菜類も絶品です！
なすや、ししとう、マッシュポテト…
個人的には、特にマッシュポテトが絶妙すぎて感激しました。
マッシュポテトに梅ビーフの旨みが溶け出したデミグラスソースをたっぷりと絡めていただくと…
ぐっジョブです。
美味しすぎる定食です。
ブログを書くということがあるので、毎回別のメニューを食べていますが…
多分書いていなかったら、2回に1回はハンバーグ食べてますね…
レンゲですくいながら、デミグラスソースとハンバーグをいただきます!
そしてそれを、ご飯にかけていただきます！
もう、これは、反則ですね…
無限に食べ続けられそうです。
ランチにハンバーグが食べたくなったら、佐海屋旭の煮込みハンバーグがオススメですよ！
