またまた、DINING STAGE 佐海屋旭にやって
きました。
こちらのお店はお得なランチが
いただけるため、ブログを始める
以前から良く通っています。
以前まで、固定のメニューだったのですが
最近、本日のおすすめ定食が提供されるよう
になり、メニューが良く変わるように
なりました。
そのため、最近目が離せないお店なのです。
本日は、最近追加されたメニューの
「お造り2種盛」を注文しました。
以前もお造りのランチがあったのですが
そのときは、1種類の魚だけのお造りでしたが
今回は、2種盛りということで
「まぐろ」と「活ぶり」になります。
なかなか楽しみです。
お品書き
お造り2種盛定食のお味は？
注文したメニューがでてきました。
うぉぉーっと、最初目を疑いました。
メニューには、「まぐろ」とだけ
書かれていましたが、出てきたのはまぐろの
中トロのようです。
こちらのお造り2種盛りは780円にもかかわらず
中トロのまぐろなのです。
しかも、こちらのお店の刺身は一切れが
大きく通常のお刺身の一切れの2倍ほどの
大きさになってます。
また、うれしいことにわさびが本わさびです。
通常ランチで出てくるわさびはこなわさびや
ねりわさびが多いのですが、こちらのお店は
摩り下ろしたわさびを使っています。
付け合せのわさびにもこだわりがある点が
ぐッジョブです。
これは、コスパが良すぎるなと思います。
値段設定が良い意味で正気ではなくて
ぐっジョブです。
やはりこの店はええじゃないかと
再認識しました。

まぐろだけでなく活ぶりもとんでもなく
1切れが大きいです。
お刺身の1切れの大きさを写真で伝えた
かったのですが、あまり大きく見えないこと
が残念です。
出てくるお皿が大きいからなのでしょうか。
本当にこのお刺身の一切れは
とても大きいのです。
わさびをたっぷりつけてまぐろを
いただきます。
はい、はい、はい、お・おいしすぎる…
中トロはほとんどかまなくても
口の中で溶けます。
中トロは脂がのっており、わさびも
本わさびのため、たっぷり目につけても
はなにツーんとくることはありません。
中トロどころか、かなり大トロに近い
と思います。
まさか、まぐろとメニューに書いてある
お刺身がまぐろのトロ部分とは
思いませんでした。
すばらしすぎます。
また、活ぶりも新鮮なのでしょう、
ぷりぷりの歯ごたえです。
刺身のサイズが大きいためとても食べ応え
があります。
女性の方であれば一口でたべるのが
難しいほどのサイズなのです。
この巨大なお造りの定食が780円で提供
されるなんて本当に衝撃です。
このお店は本当にオススメのお店です。
