真さば塩焼き定食がでてきました。
さば塩焼きと、おから、漬け物、味噌汁、ご飯..日本人の昼食という感じがします。
ナイスバランスですな..
さば塩焼きは、ハーフとのことですが…
結構大きいです。
ハーフではない真さばの定食800円もあるのですが、ハーフでなかったらとんでもないボリュームがありそうです…

さば塩焼きには、大根おろしとレモンが付きます。
添えられた菜の花も定食に彩りを与えますね！
いつもの、味噌汁と漬け物、今日の一品はおからです。
大根おろしに醤油をたらして…鯖の塩焼きは、しっかり脂ものっていて美味しい…
こういう、魚とご飯の定食ってなんだかほっこりします。
