やっぱりお得すぎるDINING STAGE 佐海屋旭のお造り定食!

今日もDINING STAGE 佐海屋旭さんにお邪魔しました。
前回、お造り2種盛り定食を食べて大変感動したため、
また、お造り2種盛り定食を食べに来ました。
今日のお造り2種盛合せは、「インドまぐろ」と「活ぶり」とのこと、
前回訪問時は、「まぐろ」と「活ぶり」だったため、
インドが付くことでどのように変わるのかが楽しみです。
インドマグロは、クロマグロに次ぐ高級品ですので、
よいマグロを使っているなと関心しました。
お造り2種盛りが到着しました。
今回は、赤身が混じっています。
それでも、お得なのには変わりありません。
前回食べたときも、メニューには、まぐろとだけ記載されておりましたが、
今日のインドマグロと同じ味わいだったので、佐海屋旭さんでは、まぐろは、インドまぐろを指すのかも知れません。
今回のお刺身も1切れが大きいです。
マグロの赤身はねっとりとした歯ざわりでとてもおいしいく
中トロの部分は、やはり口の中でふんわり解けていきます。
活ぶりも身がしまっており、ぷりぷりとした食感がぐっジョブです。
夜の居酒屋にも一度訪問してみたいなといつも思っております。
ええランチご馳走様でした！！
