曜日限定の新メニューがあるため訪問しました。
超白饂飩というメニューがあると聞いたのですが…
どのようなうどんなのか？
こちらのお店のうどんは独創的なので期待大です！

超・白饂飩 (850円)
月・水・金曜限定
途中で味が変えられると書いてあります。
とても楽しみです！

超白饂飩のお味は？
超白饂飩が出てきました！
（´-`）.｡oO（ Super White UDON!）
とても白いうどんです。
確かに超白饂飩ですね!
想像以上に白かったです。
女子が好みそうなビジュアルのうどんです。
乙女心をくすぐる白さですね！
※ええランチ管理人はおっさんです
この白さは、豆乳を使っているためとのことです。
豆乳のうどんスープに水菜と豚肉がのっています。
そして味を変更するためのラー油です！
白いスープに緑の水菜が映えますね。
アクセントに黒胡椒がふりかけられているようです。
スープをいただきましたところ、とてもクリーミーで旨みのある汁です。
しかも、このスープがとんでもなく熱々です。
時間がたっても熱々なのです！
スープの表面に浮かぶ油の影響でスープの温度が下がりにくいようです！
食べ終わるまで熱々です。
超白饂飩には、豚肉が入っています。
豚肉と水菜の相性がよいです！
うどんは…
さすが…JUN大谷製麺処 うどんのコシがすばらしいです。
コシがあるといっても、決して硬いのではなく
のどごしがよいうどんなのです。
半分ほど、白饂飩を楽しんだ後、味変更用のラー油が目に入ります。
では、味変更のラー油を入れてみようと思います。
ラー油の赤が、白饂飩を染めていきます…

おいしい！
クリーミーな坦々麺？のような味わいです。
ラー油を入れた後も美味しすぎます！
しかも、この時点でまだスープは…
あったかいのです！
温度が下がらないなんて本当に驚きました！
冬の寒い日には、たまらない
あったかいうどんです！
スープが冷めにくい！
あったかい超白饂飩を食べると体がぽかぽかになります。
月・水・金曜日の限定メニューですが、寒い日にオススメです。
