たこ焼きがおいしいのはもちろんですが、丁寧な接客も好印象！

オマール海老の香りがする絶品のたこ焼き！

やまちゃんは天王寺に本店のある、おいしいと有名なたこ焼き屋！
そのたこ焼きの味は外パリ、中トロトロ、衣の水分量が多いため中はポタージュスープのように
トロトロで熱々です。
ビールと一緒にいただくのであればこれ以上のたこ焼きはないでしょう！
ええランチ管理人もたこ焼きの理想形はこれではないかと考えています。
様々な味付けが用意されていますが…
たこ焼きの衣の旨味が凄いため、なにもつけずに食べるのがおすすめ！店も味付けなしのたこ焼きを『ベスト』という品名で販売しているほどですしね。
たこ焼きの味だけならば間違いなく1番のお店！
難波のたこ焼き屋の赤鬼でたこ焼きを焼いているお店の人が「一番おいしいたこ焼きは”やまちゃん”のたこ焼きだと」言ってましたしね。
ところで、やまちゃんの本店はイートインスペースがないため路上で食べる必要があります。
本店から徒歩30秒の距離にやまちゃんの2号店があり、イートインスペースがありますが、接客はあまり良くないかも…

浪花屋のたこ焼きは明石焼きのように玉子が含まれていてフワフワ
衣は優しい味付けで気が付いたら、こんなに食べてたの？と驚いてしまうぐらい
軽い口当たりです。
店内にはイートンスペースがあるのでふらっとよって食べて帰るのもよいですね。
店内では、冷たいお冷がいただけますし、味を変えることのできるブラックペッパーが置いてます。
ブラックペッパーは以外とたこ焼きに合います！
次々とお客さんがやってくることから、地元の人に愛されていることがわかるお店です。

日本で初めてたこ焼きを作った、大阪の玉出駅近くにあるお店です。
たこ焼きの原型となったラジオ焼きも絶品！
ラジオ焼きは、たこ焼きのタコの替わりに甘辛く柔らかく炊いたスジ肉とこんにゃくが入った料理です。
これがまたうまい！
たこ焼きに玉子をたっぷりふくんだ、玉子焼きもあり、こちらも柔らかい口当たりで美味ですよ。

うまい屋は地下鉄天神橋筋6丁目駅、またはJR天満駅の近くにある天五中崎通商店街の中にある老舗のお店！
焼け焦げた看板は、2006年に隣家の家事で天尾を全焼した名残りです。
うまい屋のたこ焼きは
シンプルだ。
食べるとカリッとした食感が最初に来た後、モッちりとした衣の旨味のある滋味が口の中に広がります。
たこ焼きの中に空気を含ませる手法によって、このふんわりもっちり感を出していると思われます。
含まれている紅ショウガもいたってシンプル、ただシンプルなたこ焼きですが、シンプルでありながらおいしいものを提供するのは至難の業！
ソースもテーブルに置いてあり、ソースを付けて食べても美味しいですが、何もつけないのが正解！

道頓堀赤鬼は難波の商店街の横道にあります。
メディアに取り上げられることの多いこちらのお店通常のたこ焼きも美味しいのですが、かき氷とたこ焼きをあわせた『たこ焼き／氷りゃ氷りゃ』やチーズをかけた『たこ焼き／とろとろチーズ』出汁につけこんだ『たこ焼き／ちゃぷちゃぷ』など、奇想天外なメニューもあります。

大阪で一番おいしい店と、銘打って店舗をだしている、『たこやきくん』です。
たこやき君の本店は、難波グランド花月横にあるお店ですが、ええランチ管理人が訪問したのは支店のようです。
大阪で一番おいしいとのことなので購入！
7個を注文したのですが、なぜかサービスということで14個のたこ焼きをいただけました。
凄い太っ腹です！
セルフサービスでソースや花ガツオ、青のりなどの味付けを行えます。
様々な種類の塩も置いてあったので…
カレー塩、通常の塩、ソース、マヨネーズなど様々な味付けを愉しみながら頂いてみました！
たこやきくんのたこ焼きは大量の天かすが加えられています。
一口食べると天かすの
サクサクが口の中に広がります。
これはたこ焼きなのか？
そのような思いが頭の中を駆け巡りましたが…
スナック菓子のような美味しさです。
私はこのたこ焼きが結構好きだ！
