白にするか黒にするか？白黒のラーメンぼっこ志

仕事終わりに、ラーメンでも食べて帰ろうということで、白と黒の2色のラーメンを出すことで有名な「ぼっこ志」にやってきました。

「焦がし鶏白湯」800円です。
出てきたラーメンを見て驚きました、スープが真っ黒です！！

見た目のインパクトがすごいラーメンなのですが、その味は、見た目に負けていません。
とても濃厚な鶏スープで、とてもクリーミーです。
中津にある、「らーめん弥七」のクリーミーなスープに似ているようにも感じます。

黒色は炭の黒で、宮崎地鶏などの焼き鳥屋さんで出てくる、炭焼き地鶏のような、
とても香ばしい味わいです。

具は、とりの胸肉の鳥ハムと、モモ肉のチャーシュー、かいわれ、白髪ねぎと、おそらくたまねぎが入ってます。
個人的には、モモ肉のチャーシューがおいしいと感じました。

難波周辺で変わったラーメンが食べたい場合に是非、食べに行ってみてください。
