難波の洋食！ニューとん助本舗のとんかつは絶品です！
住之江にあった名店”ニューとん助”が移転して、難波道頓堀の”ニューとん助本舗”ができました。
新たな昼ごはんを食べれる店を探して探検をしていたところ、たまたま”ニューとん助本舗”を見つけましたので突入してきました！
とても高級感のある外観です。
店に入ろうと思ったのですが、店の高級感とカウンターに誰一人お客さんがいなかったことで躊躇してしまい、いったん店を通りすぎました。
外の看板のメニューも、1000円を超えており昼ごはんにしては贅沢かな..
と少し考えましたが、思い切って店内に入りました！
「お好きな席にどうぞ」とのことでしたので、カウンター席の真ん中に座わろうとしたところ、給仕さんが席を引いてくれました。
店内は、とても綺麗です。
キッチンがカウンター席から見えるのですが、清掃が行き届いています。
上図のような配置になりました。
キッチンのコックさんも4人、給仕さんも4人ほどおります。
あまりに、高級感のある洋食屋で、お客さんはカウンターに私一人のため、店員さんの視線が私に集中してなんだか緊張してきました。
( ﾟдﾟ)ﾊｯ!… まさか！この布陣…
“ABCD包囲網”がふと、脳裏をよぎりました。
「このABCD包囲網によって、国際的な苦境に陥るのか..」とか考えていると注文を取りにこられました。
給仕さん(ウェイトレス ※同盟国の独か伊にちがいない..)に
とんかつを注文後、ライスの量を確認するため「”ライス 中”はどれぐらいの量ですか？」と質問しました。
“ライス 中” は、「だいたいお茶碗2杯半の量です。」とのことでした。
“ライス 中”の量の基準について ”つっこみ”たかったのですが、おちついてライス(小)を注文しました！

ニューとん助本舗のトンカツのお味は？
料理が出てきました！
クロスの上に料理が配置されます。
とんかつがめちゃめちゃ大きいです！
200gとのことです。
たっぷりとデミグラスソースが
かかっています。
通常のとんかつでこの大きさということは、”とんかつW”はとんでもない大きさになるんだろうな…と思います。
(※とんかつWは360gあるとのことです。)
キャベツもたっぷり添えられており、辛子が乗っています。
とんかつは切れていないタイプで、ナイフとフォークを使って、自分で切ります。
いままで、とんかつをナイフとフォークで食べたことが無かったので、とても新鮮です。
とんかつは切りにくいかなと思いましたが、簡単にナイフが入ります。
とても柔らかいです。
とんかつをいただいてみたところ…

ぐっジョブです。
驚きました！
めちゃめちゃおいしいです。
私は、今までとんかつは、高級な豚肉を使っていたり、低温で長時間揚げたりといった、素材や調理の工夫でおいしくなるものと考えておりました。
しかし、こちらのお店では、”ソース”がすばらしい！
とんかつにかけられたデミグラスソースが絶品です!!
デミグラスソースは、おろしにんにくの風味がとても効いておりものすごくインパクトがあります。
もちろんとんかつもおいしいのですが、ソースのおいしさに驚きます！
付け合せのキャベツにデミグラスソースを絡めて食べてもおいしいです。
ソースをつけることで、付け合せのキャベツがご飯のおかずへ変貌します。
ぐっジョブです。
あまりのおいしさのため、とても大きなとんかつを、すぐに食べ終えてしまいました。
何故こんなにおいしい洋食を出すお店に、お客さんが1人も入っていないのだと思ったのですが、どうやらこちらのお店は2階席があり、そちらにお客さんが入られているようです。
大満足で帰ろうとしたところ、店の出口に山本五十六の名言が書かれたオブジェがありました。
店員さんに許可を取って撮影をさせていただきました！
これを見て、やはりこの布陣はABCD包囲網だったんだなと思いました。
帰り道においしすぎて、笑みがこぼれてしまうほどのとんかつです！
是非一度食べに行ってみてください！
