牛すきかけうどんはどんなメニュー？
牛すきかけうどんとは、牛肉を割り下をかけて焼いたものをかけうどんにのせたメニューです。
牛すき釜玉が季節限定メニューとして全面にでていて、そのB面のメニューとして提供されています。
生卵が苦手な方は、牛すきかけを注文することをお勧め！

丸亀製麺の牛すきかけうどんのお味は？
牛すきかけうどんの牛肉の部分は、注文があってからフライパンで焼き始めます。
そのため、カウンターですぐに受け取ることはできません。
席に札を持ち帰って完成を待つ必要があります。
席で待っていると店員さんがうどんを運んできてくれます。
ただ、上記写真のようにかけうどんに牛すき焼きがのった状態で提供されます。
ネギ等のトッピングについては、セルフで行う必要がありますよ！

牛すき焼きは割り下と三温糖を使って焼き上げられており…
その味付けがかけうどんのスープに染みだしてきています。
結構甘めの味付けなので…
今回天ぷらのトッピングに万願寺とうがらしの天ぷらをチョイス！
今が旬で、おそらく期間、店舗限定に違いないのでレアな天ぷらです。
万願寺とうがらしの天ぷらは150円！
ピリッと辛いですが、甘めの牛すきかけにぴったりの天ぷら！
牛すきかけに天ぷらをトッピングするならば…万願寺とうがらしがおすすめ！
牛すき釜玉は食べた瞬間に、すき焼きを食べているかのように錯覚するほど甘味を感じる割り下が全面にでてきましたが…
牛すきかけうどんは汁がある分、柔らかい甘味になります。
卵を絡めて食べると！さらにマイルドな味わいになって旨い！
食べ進めていく中で黄身を潰すタイミングが醍醐味となります！

甘みが薄い分、2016年度の6月頃の期間限定メニューだった肉盛りうどんに近い味わいですね！
肉盛りうどんの肉は、牛丼のように玉ねぎと、牛肉を甘辛く煮こんだものでした。
今回の牛すきかけうどんは、牛肉をフライパンで焼くということで、調理法こそ違いますが、甘辛い牛肉がメインという点は同じです。
ただ、肉盛りうどんよりも今回の牛すき焼きで使われている牛肉の分厚さ、大きさは増しています。
そのため、ガッツリと肉を食べているという食感を存分に感じることができるうどんとなってますね！
今回のうどんのキャッチコピーが「肉こそ力」なので…確かにぴったり！
牛すきかけうどんはもちろん美味しいですが、個人的には、生卵に抵抗がない人には牛すき釜玉をおすすめしたい！
