されている、凛酌さんで昼ごはんです。
ランチ時間は、そばがメインのお店のようです。

「もつそば」700円+「おにぎり」50円です。
お漬物も少し付いているようです。
そばには、たっぷりとねぎが入ってます。

もつには、”ハチノス”、”小腸”、
“しま腸”、”サンドミノ”
あと”こんにゃく”がたっぷり含まれてます。

もつはとてもやわらかく煮込まれており
大変食べやすいです。

こちらのお店に行った後に調べてみたのですが
山形県はそばで有名なんですね、
もちろん、そばはおいしくいただけました。
