前回訪問時に、新メニューの土佐の本マグロセットが提供されているのを見て是非食べたいとおもっておりました、
なかなか昼から贅沢なのですが、ボーナスも出たことなのでおもいきって食べてみました！

新メニュー土佐の本マグロセット
新メニューの土佐の本マグロセットは、高知県で捕れた本マグロをふんだんに使った贅沢なセットです。
昼のメニューで1,580円と高額なのですが…
なんとこのセット、大トロ、中トロ、赤身の握りと、ミニ鉄火丼、鉄火巻き、土瓶蒸しがついての値段なのです！
この内容で1,580円であれば、激安です… 正気と思えませんw

土佐の本マグロセットの感想
なんだか凄いのが出てきました。
昼の定食とは思えません。
マグロの一切れが大きすぎる…
様々なマグロが集結しています。
マグロカーニバルです。
いや…日本なので、まぐろ祭りです！
佐海屋旭はさすがですね…
いつも本当に驚くような、驚愕のボリュームの料理を提供してくれます。
土瓶蒸しをいただきました。
土瓶蒸しには、マツタケが入っています。
しかも、なんとマグロも入っていますよ！
このセットはマグロフェスティバル？
土瓶蒸しなんて初めて食べるな…
大きいお猪口に注いで飲んだところ…
おいしい！
ぐっジョブです。
こんな味なんですね…土瓶蒸..
しみじみと身体に染渡る旨さです。
マグロの寿司はネタの一切れがとんでもなく巨大なため、下のシャリがほとんど見えません！
とんでもないバランスやで…
鉄火巻きにもトロが使われているようです。
本当に採算が合うのでしょうか？
逆に心配になります。
ミニ鉄火丼には、ねぎ、海苔、山葵、
しゃきしゃきのねぎの歯ざわりがよいです！
こんなに大きくカットされたにぎり寿司は食べたことありません…
お寿司屋で食べると、大トロ一貫で1000円ぐらいの値段になりそうですが…
本当にえぇのか？

濃厚な旨みのマグロです。
大トロは口の中で溶けて濃厚な旨みが残ります…
中トロも大トロに負けないぐらいふんわりととける味わいです。
マグロの赤身は濃厚なマグロの味がしっかりします。
トロが入った鉄火巻きもおいしい！
大・大・大満足です！
昼から注文するには、なかなかの覚悟がいりましたが…
このクオリティであれば、このお値段は安い
どうやってこのマグロセットをお安くしているのだろうか？
店にはマグロを持ったさわやかな漁師さんのポスターが貼ってあります。
土佐のマグロ…マグロをたくさん採れるような方法があるのかなぁ…
